Your first chart lumps several versions of MSIE together, and really doesn't split up the Mozilla faction like your second. The second chart splits them up, and differs from your description.
In any case, people use Internet Explorer on Presurfer slightly more than Firefox. This number skews even higher if you consider that AOL 9 is really Internet Explorer also. 24.56+18.82= 43.38 33.29+7.47+1.12= 41.88

Dan, these are the exact numbers from my analytics software.
And yes, people do use the various versions of Internet Explorer more than the various versions of Firefox. That's exactly what the chart says.
And whether AOL uses Internet Explorer or not is not relevant. It's a browser called AOL 9 and is treated correspondingly.
