Sometimes you come across a very weird web site. 000 Text is one of the weirdest I've ever seen. I don't know what it means, I don't know what its purpose is, it's just plain weird.

This is the website of a digital Artist called Jodi, I haven't come across it in years, I don't know what it means either but apparently it's Art!
What exactly about that web site is "weird"? ;)
Well, the site is deviating from the customary web page, it causes puzzlement, it's perplexing and of an unusual character.
All synonyms of weird.
It may be art, but it's weird art.
