There's a reality tv show in th U.S. called Extreme Makeover
Sorry, photoshopped, all. Look at the third pic at the top from the left, for just one instance. Upper lip, nose, nasal libia fold (cheek line depth).
In particular, look at the faces which have asymetrical features. In the "after" photo, presto the asymetrical feature is gone, which is not possible to disguise with mere makeup.
For example, on the bottom row, the second from the left. One eyeball has a droopy lower eyelid. Again, presto, it completely disappears in the "after" photo.
Look at the shape of features, and ignore color (makeup).
HOAX!!
Could also be extreme plastic surgery like the tv show.
