Plate covers of any kind, including clear plastic ones, are usually illegal in the USA, and in many other countries. I don't know if any US states allow them; there's a Federal regulation that otherwise prohibits them.
Yes, you can buy them. It's just illegal to actually put them on your car.
exactly, and they don't tell you the price on the site.... if you were to use this to dodge speeding cameras, ect, the police would probly catch on and have a squad car wait by one of your regular routes and nab you. lest you are driving off at a gas station or anything else totally illegal, there really is no use for this
