It has been the warmest holiday season in memory for many of us, and while there's some merit to wearing shorts in December and not having to shovel the driveway, we nevertheless find ourselves missing a good old-fashioned winter. With stunning scenery and majestic fortresses, these are the cold-weather climes we actually wouldn't mind visiting.
