How Instant Ramen Was Invented

Before World War 2, ramen wasn't instant. But one tinkerer fixed that. Momofuku Ando (1910-2007) was a Japanese inventor and businessman who founded Nissin Food Products Co., Ltd. He also invented instant noodles and Cup Noodles.
