How We're Feeling grabs tweets in real time looking for one of 32 hashtags related to how the tweeter is feeling. The hashtag circles light up as new tweets come in. The total tweets are how many tweets have been received today. Ther positive rating is a percentage based on how many tweets express a positive emotion.
