A 1920s vintage Dodge Brothers sedan drives down muddy roads and across muddy fields to get to the gushing oil well. For some strange reason the car has 'Oil Field Dodge' painted on the side. This may be a company promotional video but it does not make driving look like any fun.

Durability, not necessarily fun, may have been the message here.
One needs remember that this was before pickup trucks,four wheel drive etc.Majority of travel and transportation on the oil fields was probably horse based or steam driven(and very slow)early traction engines.In short this"demo"as it is,is rather equal to modern mfgs showing their offroadable vehicles at Baja,Dakar or snowy mountain venues to display their abilities
