The Strandbeest is a precisely proportioned wind-walking assemblage of PVC piping, wood, and fabric airfoils, created by Dutch artist Theo Jansen. Now, Blaine Eliott, a tech-wise guy in Santa Barbara, designed a strandbeest bike.
