Rocking-Knit

Rocking-Knit is a new interpretation of the rocking chair. It offers its user productive moments of relaxation. The to-and-fro movement of this armchair knits hats for the winter and requires no exertion whatsoever.

Rocking a chair does, actually, require exertion. Not much, granted, but not "no exertion whatsoever", either. Plus - I don't buy this for a second. Where is the yarn source? Where is it coming from? As a crocheter, I know how to make hats. There is no way that a fixed circle, as shown in the film, can close off the top of a knitted hat. The circle would have to close up, to bring the column of knitted yarn to a peak, which would then be the top of the hat.

This looks like a cleverly filmed farce.
