Australian businessman Clive Palmer has unveiled designs for Titanic 2, a modern-day replica of the doomed cruise ship that sank on its maiden voyage in 1912.
Palmer said the Titanic 2 would faithfully recreate the experience of sailing on the original liner, including having three passenger classes that would not be allowed to mingle. Markku Kanerva, sales director at Deltamarin, the Finnish company designing the ship, said it would be the safest cruise ship in the world.
