Rare Omura's Whale Caught On Film For The First Time

Omura's whale (Balaenoptera omurai) is a species of baleen whale about which very little is known. Now, researchers have studied around 25 individuals in Madagascar, noticing unique asymmetrical pigmentation on the head.
