MeatWater Manifesto

Back in March of 2008 I posted an article about MeatWater, the dinner in a bottle. MeatWater provides the essence of nutrition and the memory of dining without the hassle of eating. Meatwater is available in the flavors Beef Jerky, Beef Stroganof, Cheese Burger, Chicken Teriyaki, Dirty Hot Dog, Fish'n Chips, Hungarian Gulash, Italian Sausage, Peking Duck, Tandoori Chicken, Texas BBQ, Wiener Schnitzel, and Escargots Chantecleer.

Meatwater is an art project created by Till Krautkrämer, a designer and photographer from Brooklyn, New York, born in Heidelberg, Germany. MeatWater is a campaign to raise awareness to pay attention and promote responsible global citizenship. Its mission is to create an artificial beverage like no other, establish unparalleled closeness with privileged consumers, and inspire creativity and connectedness.

Till emailed me a couple of weeks ago to tell me that, according to his logs, The Presurfer was the first to mention Meatwater on the Internet. He also send me a book, the MeatWater Manifesto.

It's a beautifully illustrated book, playfully involving analog-advertising-poetry with digital media technologies and the MeatWater flavor spectrum.
The MeatWater Manifesto is available at Amazon. You can read more about this project at MeatWater's website.
