Every year, 100 billion cardboard boxes are produced in the United Sates. Engineering students Henry Wang and Chris Curro have come up with a genius replacement.

Not a bad idea...except for the no tape concept. It says that the consumer can simply press down on the top of the box and it will 'pop open' ! What happens when the delivery company stacks a few other boxes on top of it in the truck? (it will pop open, duh.)
A question, how are the boxes made? Isn't it a sheet of cardboard cut out in the shape of the box? So if it is a sheet cut down, there is the same amount of cardboard used?

After seeing the video, unless *sealed*, the box can be opened and the contents removed undetected.
