In Russia he's called Ded Moroz (Grandfather Frost), in Spain Reyer Magos (Biblical Magi), in Finland Joulupukki (Yule Goat) and in the Netherlands Kerstman (Christmas Man).

I don't know the rest of the countries, but in Spain we have "papa noel" for father Christmas coming the 24th as the rest of the world.

The "reyes magos" are in reality the 3 wise men, which arrive the 6th of January bringing gifts, but nowadays Papa Noel is making this tradition dissapear.
