There was a free preview of Dog-TV a few weeks ago. I had it on the television for a few minutes - the cats were actually watching it.

The BBC did an experiment a few years back when they launched a Pets TV channel for a week or so. It showed images that would allegedly attract the attention of dogs and cats, although my cat didn't seem interested.

However, my latest cat is very interested in the TV. If we put tennis on he'll follow the ball as it's hit across the court, and even try and paw at it. He's also really interested in animated programmes like cartoons.
