An animated short by Arthur Philippe. It's about a blowfish fighting for his life and a Japanese chef just trying to put a meal on the table. You'll recognize the logo used by The Presurfer in the film, but that's just a coincidence.

Great video, but yes, poor fishy! I love the painting, "The Great Wave". It's at the Art Institute of Chicago, not far from where I live, although at this time it's not on display. I shared this video with my high school students who got a kick out of it. Love Presurfer! Read it every day!
