The light on the camera would be illegal.
What I really liked was the "action" shot where they show you what the camera is viewing... with the fish swimming by. Of course, the real question is how is the camera SEEING fish swimming by like that? If the camera is pointed DOWN to see your hook, how would it get a side view? Can anyone say scam?
