Could also be that the guys are being polite, not assuming they are allowed to touch someone just because they agreed to take a picture with them?
Not only could the guys be being polite, but they could have been told not to touch. As a one time photoghrapher I know some celbrities insist on a no touching rule in this situation. And why not?
