Austin Kettle from Ipswich, Engeland, now answers to 'Lorraine Darla I Hate Thomas Cook And Its Associates Big Shot Company Treading on the Little Guy Leeks.' She saw red when Thomas Cook said she would have to pay a fee to change the surname on her honeymoon booking.
Miss Kettle plans to get married in February 2011, and last month booked her honeymoon to Gambia under her married name. But she later realised she would not have enough time to change the name on her passport and contacted the company to amend the booking details. When Thomas Cook said she would have to pay a fee she refused to do so and decided on her bizarre form of revenge.
