I Am Borg - The World's First Recognized Cyborg

Neil Harbisson is a British-Spanish cyborg artist, musician and performer. He was born with a syndrome that meant he could only see black and white and until adulthood that was how he saw the world. Then, collaborating with two others he created an eyeborg which allowed him to hear colors and he uses this to create his art.

In 2004 he became the first person in the world to be fitted with an eyeborg and to be officially recognized as a cyborg by a government.
