Doctor Who is a British science fiction television program. It is listed in the Guinness World Record book as the longest-running science fiction television show in the world. The Daleks were introduced in December 1963 in the second Doctor Who serial. Daleks are a fictional extraterrestrial race of mutants from the planet Skaro.
