Expected more from you Presurfer!! What a load of bs this is... deregulation? What about Sen. Sanders *making* the banks give loans to unqualified people and then backing it with government guarantees? We should have had more deregulation of all industries, not less. The only thing they should require is more equity in these mortgages which would force away speculation.
