Shoot The Banker

The fiscal felons stealing your money are no longer untouchable. For angry, jobless, Americans desperately seeking a way to burn off pent-up frustration, Shoot the Banker may be just what the doctor order.

At ShootTheBanker.com, angry humans get their chance to aim and fire a paintball gun at a live actor playing the role of 'banker' on a faux stage. All the while he fires his best shit-talk back at you.

The site was created by 4 artists, Taran Chadha, Brigham White, Richard Fleming, and Aaron Mcguire, who wanted to help people laugh more at the recession instead of living in fear.

There's only one setback. There are so many angry people you have to queue up behind other angry humans and it can take up to 15 minutes before you get the chance to take your shot.

Maybe they'd get more takers if they did "shoot the senator" instead.

This project has nothing to do with Crispin Porter + Bogusky. Thanks for posting Shoot the Banker. However the credentials are wrong. We cleaned it up at the Denver Egotist, and would ask you to do
the same. The real story is actually more interesting. We are 4 artists, 2 of us out of work, who wanted to help people laugh more at the recession instead of living in fear. We filmed the whole thing in my garage, you can come check it out. CP+B would never sanction such a site since they have a bank as a client.

The 4 people that created the site from their personal meager bank accounts are:

Taran Chadha
Brigham White
Richard Fleming
Aaron Mcguire

Thanks for fixing this post. We'll have to take the site down if it continues to be affiliated with CP+B so urgency is of the essence.
