It actually seems to be a scam of sorts. It leads, after the first page, to a page claiming to have no content because they need more people to click on their advertisers. Some choices to lead to pages about the chosen condition, but others are outright begging (Paypal donations) or advertising pleas.
Just kind of sad, how it's easier to beg than to produce content.
