Bedtime Calculator

The average adult human takes fourteen minutes to fall asleep. Sleep cycles typically last 90 minutes. Waking up in the middle of a sleep cycle leaves you feeling tired and groggy, but waking up in between cycles lets you wake up feeling refreshed and alert.

The Bedtime Calculator tells you when it's a good time to fall asleep, based on when you have to wake up. The calculator works by counting backwards in sleep cycles.

An ordinary night break joins around 5-6 full rest periods. In any case, all of these rest periods aren't vague from each other. During the underlying 2-3 rest periods, you put most of your essentialness into the significant NREM break. In the last 2-3 rest periods, you will put greater imperativeness into the REM break and the chief period of a light rest. By using a sleep calculator (for example, the calculator here), you can be cautious during the lightest snoozing. Using the break number calculator empowers you to keep up any signs of the absence of rest you may stand up to.
