Devastating Landslide Swallows Brazilian Port

The accident occurred when a backhoe was excavating for the construction of a ramp 490 feet from the port and into the Rio Negro. A strip of land of at least 985 feet long from the port slid over the work.

OMG!! How many people managed to get caught up in this? Were the containers full of goods waiting to be transported?
The wise man builds his docks on the rocks! It all looked like fill in a place where cliffs normally meet the sea.
